complimentary Community Mini Sessions
At Lumero Photography, I believe everyone deserves beautiful photographs that celebrate their story.
Each month, I will select up to three families, couples, or individuals to receive a complimentary Community Mini Session. These sessions are my way of giving back to the community while capturing authentic moments and meaningful connections.
What's included
Here’s what’s waiting for you
- 20-minute outdoor mini session
- 5 professionally edited digital images
- Private online gallery for image delivery
- Opportunity to purchase additional digital images, prints, wall art, albums, and photo products at your own expense
Dates & location
-Applications open on the 1st of every month.
-On the 2nd, selected participants will receive an email confirmation along with a contract that must be signed prior to the photo session.
-The location details will be included in the same email.
-Sessions are held on the second Monday of each month.
-Edited photos will be posted the following day and will be available for download, sharing, or purchasing keepsakes through your online gallery link. Galleries remain active for the rest of the month, after which they will be permanently deleted.
How to Apply
To be considered, please submit:
- Your name
- Contact information
- A brief introduction about yourself, your family, or your story
- Why this session would be meaningful to you
Eligibility & Requirements
- Applicants must follow Lumero Photography on Facebook and Instagram.
- This opportunity may be used once per family, couple, or individual per calendar year.
- A maximum of six people may participate in each session.
- Participants must coordinate clothing colors and styles. Detailed wardrobe guidance will be provided after selection.
- Selected participants must arrive on time for their scheduled session.
- Sessions are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Selected stories may be featured on the community mini sessions page and on Lumero Photography social media.
-If you are not selected during the current month, you are welcome to apply again in future months.
Model Release Requirement
Because these sessions are part of Lumero Photography's Community Mini Session program, selected participants must agree to allow Lumero Photography to use photographs from the session for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and other marketing purposes.
By applying, you acknowledge that selection is at the sole discretion of Lumero Photography and that submission of an application does not guarantee a session.
